Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Skilldrill Pro Private Limited ("we", "us"), the provider of Kolvi. By using Kolvi, you agree to these terms.

1. Not medical advice

Kolvi helps you keep track of what you eat. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. All nutrition values are estimates. Consult a doctor before changing your diet if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, or take medication affected by diet.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use Kolvi. Meal plans are available only to users 18 or older who are not pregnant.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see how).

4. Pricing and the Ad-free plan

All Kolvi features are free. Kolvi may show ads; the optional Ad-free plan removes them. It is billed through Apple or Google, renews automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's policies. We will never move an existing free feature behind a paywall.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kolvi, including attempting to disrupt it, copying its food database in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.

6. Food data

Nutrition data comes from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts (available under the Open Database License), along with our own checks. It may contain errors; check the product label when accuracy matters.

7. Liability

We work to keep Kolvi accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and termination

We may update Kolvi or these terms and will notify you in the app of significant changes. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law and may bring claims in your local courts.
